We do not warrant that the Site or Services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, accurate, complete, reliable, or suitable for your particular purpose.

We make no guarantees regarding outcomes, results, personal improvement, emotional benefit, or any other result from using the Site or participating in the Services.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Healing Minds Initiative, Inc., its officers, directors, board members, employees, volunteers, contractors, agents, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Site or Services.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that may harm us or others.

Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including without limitation provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, venue, and dispute-related provisions.

15. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
