What is Shine On Movement?

Shine On Movement is a women’s health and wellness community that helps women reconnect with themselves and each other through connection, conversation, and sisterhood. It is a program of Healing Minds Initiative, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

Why do women join Shine On Movement?

Women join Shine On Movement because they are overwhelmed by stress, emotional overload, and the pressure to manage everything alone. The Movement gives women a safe, judgment-free space to breathe, share honestly, and receive real support. Sister Circles offer emotional relief, grounding, connection, and a sense of belonging within a national Sisterhood of women who truly understand their challenges.

What are the benefits of joining Shine On Movement?

Benefits include emotional support, reduced stress, practical coping tools, weekly community connection, and a renewed sense of identity. Women gain access to supportive Sister Circles, grounding practices, and a national network of women who uplift and understand one another. Many participants describe feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected after each session.

What is the 7-Week Shine On Journey?

The 7-Week Shine On Journey is a guided emotional wellness experience that takes women through weekly 'Permission to' themes—such as Permission to Pause, Permission to Unravel, and Permission to Reconnect. It helps women relieve stress, rebuild resilience, rediscover themselves, and connect with a supportive national Sisterhood.

How do I sign up for a Shine On Sister Circle?

You can sign up by completing the quick online registration form on our website. After registering, you’ll receive a welcome email with session details and access links. Sister Circles are donation-based to keep support accessible for every woman, and new participants immediately become part of our nationwide Sisterhood community.

How do I donate to support Shine On Movement?

You can make a tax-deductible donation through our secure online donation page. All contributions are processed through Healing Minds Initiative, our parent 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Donations help sustain Sister Circles, expand emotional support programs, and grow our national Sisterhood network so more women can receive support regardless of financial situation.
