The 7-Week Shine On Journey is a guided emotional wellness experience that takes women through weekly 'Permission to' themes—such as Permission to Pause, Permission to Unravel, and Permission to Reconnect. It helps women relieve stress, rebuild resilience, rediscover themselves, and connect with a supportive national Sisterhood.

How do I sign up for a Shine On Sister Circle?

You can sign up by completing the quick online registration form on our website. After registering, you’ll receive a welcome email with session details and access links. Sister Circles are donation-based to keep support accessible for every woman, and new participants immediately become part of our nationwide Sisterhood community.

How do I donate to support Shine On Movement?

You can make a tax-deductible donation through our secure online donation page. All contributions are processed through Healing Minds Initiative, our parent 501(c)(3) nonprofit. What Women Ask Us

What are Shine On Sister Circles?

Shine On Sister Circles are 6-week sister circles for women built on real connection, honest conversation, and sisterhood. Each circle holds 6–10 women and meets for 75–90 minutes per session, facilitated by a trained, trauma-aware facilitator.

Are these sister circles therapy?

No. Shine On Sister Circles are a wellness and community experience — not therapy, not a clinical service. They can be a powerful complement to therapy, but they are not a substitute for licensed mental health treatment. If you are in crisis please reach out to a licensed professional.

Do I have to share in the circle?

Never. You are always welcome to just listen. Many women find that simply being in the room — hearing other women tell the truth — is exactly what they needed. You share when and if you're ready. No pressure. Ever.

Are the circles in person or online?

We are currently launching sister circles for women in Hernando County, Florida and building online circles for women everywhere. Join the waitlist and we'll reach out when a circle is forming near you — or anywhere you can connect from home.

Who leads the sister circles?

Every Shine On Sister Circle is led by a trained, trauma-aware facilitator. Facilitators don't teach or fix — they hold space. They ask the question and let the women do the work.

What does it cost?

The Shine On Sister Circle experience is $197 for the full 6-week journey — that's less than $33 per session. Every circle also holds two sponsored seats fully funded by our Help a Sister Shine Fund for women who can't afford it. No woman is turned away. If cost is a barrier reach out and we'll take care of it.

Can I start my own sister circle?

Yes. Women who complete a circle and feel called to facilitate can apply for Shine On facilitator training. You bring the circle to your community. We give you everything you need to hold it well.

What happens after the 6 weeks?

When you complete your circle you become a Shine On Sister. Monthly community gatherings keep the connection alive. Membership details coming soon — because once a Sister, always shining.
